Job summary

The role demands strong communication, procurement awareness, and solid project management knowledge across construction and engineering disciplines. You’ll work with a small core team to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Numerate Level 8 qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience on an infrastructure project.
• Define scope, objectives, and allocate resources while controlling costs.
• Well-versed in modern procurement and contract management techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage task orders and third-party projects for the client.
• Liaise with the client’s project teams and stakeholders during development and commissioning of buildings.
• Attend meetings to monitor progress and identify issues.
• Document impacts and changes to operations and facilities.
• Support contract management, reporting milestones and interim valuations.
