Job summary

DC Advisory is an international investment bank offering M&A, debt raisings and restructurings with a global footprint. This Associate on the Infrastructure team will support day-to-day deal processes, build financial models, draft pitches, and participate in client presentations while mentoring Analysts.

You will be a role model to Analysts, leveraging strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a high work ethic in a fast-paced environment, with career development support and performance

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative, verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid financial understanding; financial modeling skills a plus.
• Outstanding academic record (as described).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes.
• Create financial models and draft pitch and marketing materials.
• Participate in client presentations and training; manage Analysts.
• Identify training opportunities and monitor work quality.
