Candidates should have 1–2 years of investment banking experience and a bachelor's degree. The role offers exposure to buy-side and sell-side transactions, rigorous financial modeling, and collaboration with senior bankers across infrastructure subsectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field required.
• 1–2 years of investment banking experience, Analyst level.
• Strong M&A, valuation, and corporate-finance knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in infrastructure or related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across infrastructure.
• Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent).
• Conduct company, industry, market, and transaction research.
• Prepare pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials.
• Develop buyer/target lists and perform strategic analyses.
• Assist with due diligence and coordinate with clients and advisors.
• Analyze operating performance, strategic alternatives, and synergies.
• Support senior bankers in developing new business and client pitches.
• Collaborate across infrastructure subsectors (power, energy, transport, digital).
