Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, seeks an Infrastructure Manager to lead delivery, operation, security, resiliency and improvement of IT infrastructure across North America. You will guide engineers, administrators, and partners while aligning with cybersecurity and business needs.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and ability to communicate risk and investment to senior stakeholders. Expect collaboration with global IT teams and senior business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, technology operations, or enterprise service delivery, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing enterprise network, server, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, workplace and site infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional infrastructure roadmap in alignment with business priorities and global IT direction.
• Lead modernization initiatives covering network, cloud, server, storage, workplace and site infrastructure services.
• Provide direction and performance leadership to internal teams and external service partners.
• Establish monitoring, escalation and root-cause practices to reduce incidents.
