Job summary

Hunt Consolidated is seeking an Infrastructure Manager in Dallas to design, deliver, and operate the core technology infrastructure. You will oversee physical/virtual servers, enterprise storage, network, data center operations, and power/cooling, ensuring high availability and resilience across the business.

You will lead a team of engineers and admins, set standards, and manage lifecycle planning, capacity, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure engineering and operations, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on with Windows Server and Linux at enterprise scale.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, and data center facilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of infrastructure engineers and system admins, assign work and develop capabilities.
• Own architecture, deployment, and lifecycle of server platforms and storage.
• Manage data center operations, network, backup, disaster recovery, and security coordination.
• Define and report infrastructure performance metrics and drive improvements.
