Job summary

Chord Energy Corporation seeks an experienced Infrastructure Supervisor to lead the network and security teams. You will design, deploy, and support resilient networks across on‑prem and cloud environments, while mentoring engineers and managing incidents to meet SLA goals.

The role requires 8+ years in networking/security with leadership experience and familiarity with Cisco/Palo Alto gear, VMware, and cloud platforms. Hybrid work is offered with some remote days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related network and security experience at senior level.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role directing engineers.
• Hands-on experience with core network protocols and secure remote access.
• Experience with data center, cloud, and virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and support of company networks with best practices.
• Mentor and supervise infrastructure engineers; manage workload and performance.
• Resolve complex network and security issues; ensure SLA commitments.
• Participate in budget, vendor quotes, renewals, and lifecycle planning.
• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and change management.
