Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales process and identify upsell opportunities while managing current accounts.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
• Expand customer service horizons by interacting with clients and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success working with customers.
• Experience with inventory sales/order systems.
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
