Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management Inc is seeking an Associate to manage end-to-end fund due diligence for private funds. You will collaborate with Client Relationship Managers, Investor Relations, and legal/compliance teams to deliver high-quality diligence materials and drive investor conversions.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong project management across multiple projects and time zones.
• Experience with private fund marketing, due diligence or fundraising is preferred.
• Familiarity with investment products and infrastructure asset class.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage diligence deliverables (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, data sets).
• Coordinate client calls, meetings, asset tours and on-site meetings.
• Provide regular updates to consultant databases and marketing materials.
• Partner with Investor Relations and investment teams to respond to diligence requests.
• Build deep understanding of Brookfield’s infrastructure products to communicate the Brookfield story.
