Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of investment banking or private equity experience, preferably with infrastructure exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Experience developing project finance models in Excel.
• Experience creating marketing materials and presentations in PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables for long‑term transactions and a busy schedule.
• Proactive, team‑oriented and able to collaborate across groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing infra financing and advisory transactions.
• Support negotiation and preparation of transaction documentation.
• Build and maintain financial models and conduct analyses for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare financing proposals, investor materials, road show marketing materials, and pitch books.
• Assist in transaction due diligence with advisors.
• Coordinate with credit risk and legal teams for review and approvals.
• Support responses to investor and rating agency inquiries.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities.
