Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Analyst to join the Dynamic Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team. You will help originate, structure, and execute infrastructure finance transactions across markets, with a focus on the Americas.

You will build financial models, prepare financing proposals and marketing materials, and coordinate with credit risk and legal teams. A 1–3 year background in investment banking or private equity, plus a Bachelor's degree, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of investment banking or private equity experience, preferably with infrastructure/project finance exposure.
• Bachelor's Degree required in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills and ability to develop project finance models in Excel.
• Experience creating marketing materials and presentations in PowerPoint; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing infrastructure financing and advisory transactions across loans, bonds, and structured products.
• Support negotiation and preparation of transaction documentation.
• Build and maintain financial models and conduct analyses for infrastructure projects across sectors.
• Prepare financing proposals, investor materials, road show and rating agency presentations, pitch books, and other materials.
• Assist in due diligence and coordinate with credit risk and legal teams.
• Respond to investor and rating agency inquiries; conduct industry and company research.
