Barings LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate Director-level Assistant Controller to oversee accounting for real estate investments within Global Client Operations. You will manage portfolios, client reporting, and collaboration with internal and external clients, supporting the Real Estate Equity group.
The role requires broad accounting expertise, multi-tasking, and leadership of associates, with close interaction with senior management and investment teams. A CPA is preferred.

Barings’ Global Client Operations team has an Associate Director level opening for a motivated individual who would like to join our team of financial professionals. This individual will be responsible for oversight of multiple portfolios, client reporting and providing support to both internal and external clients. The candidate will support the Real Estate Equity group under the private investment platform. The ideal candidates will have broad accounting expertise as well as be knowledgeable of operational best practices in Real Estate Equity. Our teams consist of highly skilled CPAs, MBAs, and CFAs who are expected to provide accurate, timely, and efficient services. This individual will be responsible for the following areas:
$115,000- $135,000 (also includes additional incentive compensation programs)
