The role drives alignment across Engineering, Operations, and Service Management to establish scalable patterns, improve efficiency, and ensure reliable service delivery. It also provides strategic and people leadership, translating business needs into technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years in Information Technology or 12 years equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
