Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
3–5 years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
Experience with VMware and EMC storage.
Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
Support VMware and hypervisor platforms, including VM provisioning.
Administer EMC storage systems and perform capacity checks.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to servers, storage, and networking.
Coordinate with HQ teams, vendors, and application teams to implement solutions.
Document configurations and maintenance activities for continuity.
