Job summary

Amplemarket is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join early-stage growth. You will build and automate foundational systems for reliability, security, performance, and developer velocity, while supporting cross-functional teams.

The role offers a collaborative engineering environment, exposure to scalable cloud platforms, and opportunities to influence architecture and security-first initiatives across product, design, and support functions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining large, growing systems.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proactive problem solver with strong ownership.
• Must be metric-driven with focus on reliability.

Responsibilities

• Scale Amplemarket’s core cloud platform for high availability and performance.
• Detect blind spots and add observability to mitigate them.
• Work with product engineers to design reliable rollouts of new features.
• Review code, proposals and participate in architectural discussions.
• Build reproducible automations for urgent infrastructure needs.
• Define solutions to save internal teams time when moving code to production.
• Keep on top of potential threats/patches with a security-first mindset.
• Participate in continuous improvement of the development process/workflow.
