Job summary

Alaris Security, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to architect and lead the systems powering our cybersecurity platform across cloud, on‑prem, and forward‑deployed environments.

You’ll own Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform/Ansible), while enabling observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, and ensuring security and compliance. Collaborative work to shape product design and scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or enterprise infra roles.
• 3+ years deploying and operating production Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with regulated environments or compliance frameworks.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible).
• Familiarity with modern observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Startup mindset: autonomous, fast, and practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure architecture across cloud, on‑prem, and forward‑deployed environments.
• Own Kubernetes deployments, with a focus on reliability, security, and operational resilience
• Build CI/CD systems that enable rapid iteration without compromising stability or compliance.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools for reproducible provisioning.
• Partner with backend engineers to support database performance, availability, and deployment flexibility.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives from architecture to rollout, while mentoring junior engineers along the way.
• Help define our DevOps culture and influence the long-term technical roadmap of the company.
