Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer III based in Charlotte, NC for a 12-month W2 contract. You will support Azure cloud infrastructure, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and observability tooling in production-grade environments.

You will collaborate with SRE teams to automate and script common tasks, monitor service reliability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk, and drive improvements across containerized platforms and cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience with observability platforms to improve reliability and performance
• 3+ years of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Kubernetes
• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
• Experience managing and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure
• 3+ years of SRE experience supporting production-grade environments
• 3+ years of automation and scripting experience
