Qualifications

• 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience.
• 4+ years of Proficiency in observability platforms such as BigPanda, ThousandEyes, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk Observability, and AppDynamics.
• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Kubernetes, with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Managing and Supporting Cloud Infrastructure (Azure).
• 3+ years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering and supporting production grade.
• 3+ years of experience with automation & scripting.

Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Infrastructure Engineering.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Infrastructure Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues while ensuring compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Infrastructure Engineering.
