Job summary

Forbes is seeking an Engineer II, Infrastructure to design, implement, and support Forbes' corporate technology infrastructure across a remote and hybrid workforce. This role handles email security, endpoint management, identity services, collaboration platforms, cloud infrastructure, and core enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Mimecast or Proofpoint experience, will own projects end to end, and participate in on-call rotations from our Jersey City headquarters on a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5 years in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
• 3 years hands-on Mimecast administration or similar gateway experience.
• Experience with Okta, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Certifications in email security or endpoint management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the email security gateway and implement policies, threat protection, and phishing defenses.
• Maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC and improve deliverability and anti-spoofing defenses.
• Investigate and remediate phishing and impersonation attempts.
• Lead email security awareness and phishing simulations.
