Job summary

Biotouch seeks an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer II to design, implement, maintain, and improve the company’s enterprise infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, on‑prem, identity services, and networking.

The role partners with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and technology partners to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable tech solutions that support business operations. Based in the greater Columbus, GA area to support two facilities in this region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience in a large environment.
• 3+ years Azure production environment design and support.
• 4+ years enterprise network infrastructure experience (switching, routing, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience administering server infrastructure, Active Directory, identity synchronization services.
• Ability to plan and implement projects while maintaining production availability.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple technologies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, storage, and core services.
• Ensure availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure.
• Monitor health and implement improvements for stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
• Plan and support lifecycle upgrades and standardization initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver projects.
• Develop documentation and diagrams to support operational excellence.
