Job summary

Ozark Integrated Circuits, Inc. in Arkansas is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the Information Systems and Security team. You will build, automate, and maintain our hybrid open-source/commercial software stack and physical infrastructure—from bare metal hypervisors to advanced analytical tools.

This role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code, security controls aligned with government standards such as CMMC, and automation-first operations with zero-trust networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with IaC and platform hardening in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IaC to automate compute, storage, and network resources.
• Hardening platforms with zero-trust networking and security controls.
• Automate network IAM policies and enforce least privilege across resources.
• Build data ingestion and analytics pipelines with secure, auditable workflows.
• Create Grafana dashboards for real-time telemetry for engineering leadership.
