Job summary

Andera is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own the systems our agents run on. Audit workloads are bursty and enormous—single engagements push 100GB+ of data through our pipelines—so the infrastructure must scale, fail gracefully, and stay observable.

This is a high-ownership role from architecture through deployment, with an emphasis on reliability, security, and performance for enterprise customers. You’ll work with TS, Python, Temporal, Docker, Terraform and AWS Fargate.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Python or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS.
• Ability to design observable, reliable systems.
• Comfort translating audit concepts into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing and operating the compute/orchestration layer for agents (Temporal, Docker, AWS Fargate).
• Scale data ingestion/processing pipelines for large engagements without stalling.
• Build observability, alerting and tracing for production reliability.
• Own CI/CD, IaC and deploy safety to enable frequent shipping.
• Strengthen security, isolation and reliability for enterprise clients.
