Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping product features end to end.
• Ability to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces and reliable workflows.
• Track record of collaborating with engineers, designers, and auditors in complex domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intuitive workflows for reviewing complex data and AI outputs.
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready applications.
• Build a new platform from the ground up covering frontend, backend, and infra.
• Work with auditors and customers to understand workflows and pain points.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of the product.
• Collaborate with AI and systems engineers to integrate agent capabilities into the UI.
• Help build the product team from scratch.
