Qualifications

Position Overview

This position is primarily based within PNC's footprint, requiring regular time in the office or in the field, with some responsibilities potentially performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.

We seek a self-motivated individual to join our team of Engineers supporting critical applications and processes. You will interact directly with multiple IT areas and stay current with the latest infrastructure and ETL technologies.

Responsibilities

1. Install and configure Informatica software components across multiple environments.
2. Partner with MIS project teams to understand requirements and provide solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture and ETL standards.
3. Support platform operations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and on-call duties.
4. Maintain system upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
5. Develop and maintain platform documentation.
6. Support development teams and coordinate problem resolution across groups.
7. Ensure compliance with security policies and support disaster recovery objectives.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud Administration (IICS/IDMC) and PowerCenter.
• 3+ years experience with Informatica PowerExchange focusing on z/OS VSAM and CDC AS/400.
• 5+ years experience with RedHat Linux.
• Preferred: experience with various source/target systems, automation tools, NAS, ServiceNow, enterprise schedulers, and other Informatica products.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience. Certifications are desirable but not required.
