We seek a seasoned infrastructure engineer who thrives in fast environments, masters Kubernetes, cloud scales, and tooling in Rust/Go/Python, with a strong Linux background. Join a scrappy team moving crypto forward.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and scaling bare metal servers and cloud environments for production systems.
• Proficient with Rust, Go or Python tooling.
• Deep expertise deploying Kubernetes in production; IaC and config management (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD).
• Experience deploying monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana) and securing those systems.
• Strong Linux and networking troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage infrastructure enabling rapid shipping by the engineering team.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the devops process to maximize velocity.
• Maintain Tempo chain reliability, validator infrastructure, explorer reliability and more.
• Improve core developer experience for Tempo infrastructure.
• Onboard large enterprises into crypto; educate and help them run validators.
• Work at the frontier of crypto performance.
