Job summary

Bayesian Health is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain the networking and infrastructure for the Bayesian platform and develop CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development across teams.

You will design cost-optimized AWS infrastructure, implement CI/CD with GitHub, and collaborate with SecOps to ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliance while enabling AI/ML-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building/operating production cloud infra on AWS as a DevOps/SRE.
• Kubernetes expertise, preferably EKS, with cluster bootstrapping and day-2 ops.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) including backups and tuning.
• Terraform or IaC and modular design.
• Observability with Datadog.
• CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI).
• Ability to collaborate across teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Experience with healthcare/regulatory environments (PHI/PII) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design cost-optimized, fault-tolerant infrastructure for scale.
• Define branching/promotion strategy; build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub.
• Create infrastructure guidelines and Terraform modules; educate team.
• Monitor performance; apply upgrades; troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with SecOps to ensure HIPAA/HITRUST, FDA and client requirements.
• Architect secure internal AI Ops platform to host AI/ML agents for infra and DevOps.
