Job summary

Epic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, enterprise-scale hosting architecture from our campus near Madison, Wisconsin. The role welcomes all experience levels and includes relocation assistance to the Madison area.

You will join the Hosting team and work across security, network, cloud, DevOps, and virtualization domains, contributing to reliable, high-availability systems and enabling healthcare software excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relocation to Madison reimbursed.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture.
• Operate infrastructure with a focus on security, reliability, and availability.
• Support development and IT teams in infrastructure engineering and IaC solutions.
• Address security incidents per policies and procedures.
