Job summary

Epic is hiring for an Infrastructure Engineering role based at our campus near Madison, Wisconsin. This position requires relocation to the Madison area, with relocation assistance provided.

You’ll design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity hosting architecture, supporting healthcare systems nationwide. We welcome engineers at all experience levels and offer opportunities to work across security, network, cloud, DevOps, and virtualization domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, you'll be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
