Job summary

Epic, on its Madison, Wisconsin campus, seeks Infrastructure Engineers to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant hosting architecture. The role welcomes all experience levels, with relocation assistance to Madison.

Responsibilities include safeguarding hosting infrastructure and implementing security-centric operations while collaborating across IT and security teams. The position supports on-site shifts and rewards relocation and career growth within Epic's enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS/IS/IT or related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
