Job summary

Epic is seeking Infrastructure Engineers to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant hosting architecture from our Madison, WI campus. This role welcomes all experience levels and offers relocation assistance.

You will specialize in areas such as security, network, cloud, DevOps, and Windows, with opportunities to work across infrastructure tooling and IaC as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and escalate when procedures are not followed.
• Escalate security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies.
