Epic is based just outside Madison, Wisconsin, inviting Infrastructure Engineers to join our Hosting team on campus with relocation assistance. The role spans security, network, cloud, and DevOps disciplines for enterprise-scale hosting environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
