Job summary

Epic is located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, offering relocation assistance and national recruitment for its Infrastructure Engineering roles. The team focuses on secure, scalable hosting architectures across cloud, network, and on-premises environments.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will design and maintain complex hosting systems, work across DevOps, security, and network domains, and contribute to a campus that values innovative, collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, coordinate, and maintain multi-tenant hosting architecture.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
