Job summary

Accounting Search in Las Vegas, NV seeks an IT Engineer (Onsite) to join a hands-on infrastructure team supporting a high-performance software development environment.

You will own Azure and MS 365 administration, VMware vSphere environments, AD/DNS/DHCP, network security, endpoint management, PowerShell automation, and Dev/Test support. This role emphasizes understanding why systems are designed and how infrastructure choices impact reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Azure and MS 365 administration experience.
• VMware vSphere / ESXi expertise.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing and firewalls.
• Endpoint security and systems administration experience.
• PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Windows and Linux server administration.

Responsibilities

• Own Azure and Microsoft 365 administration across users and devices.
• Manage VMware vSphere environments and ensure virtualization health.
• Maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy settings.
• Oversee network infrastructure, firewalls, and security controls.
• Handle endpoint management and security across devices.
• Develop PowerShell automation and process improvements.
• Support Dev/Test environments for software development teams.
• Monitor infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery.
