Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team that builds a reliable, scalable platform with strong security and operational excellence. You will manage cloud environments across AWS and GCP, improve developer experience, and shape observability and incident response practices.

You will own Terraform-based IaC, lead GitOps workflows, and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure cost-efficient, compliant infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering
• Proficient with Terraform as the primary IaC tool
• Strong Kubernetes expertise with production cluster experience
• AWS skills are a must; GCP familiarity is a plus
• Fluent in GitOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with observability stacks and incident response processes
• Security and compliance knowledge, particularly with SOC 2

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Infrastructure Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the infrastructure foundation that supports a modern technology platform, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. The engineer will help manage cloud environments, improve the developer experience, and strengthen the practices that keep the platform secure and available. This position partners closely with engineering and operations stakeholders to support efficient delivery, resilient systems, and disciplined infrastructure management.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $185,000 – $260,000 annually
