Job summary

Epic is seeking a hosting infrastructure engineer to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. The role is based in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided and open to all experience levels in infrastructure, IaC, and systems supporting national healthcare networks.

You will work across security, network, cloud, and virtualization domains to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS/IS/IT or related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures and report when they are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.

Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi‑tenant, high‑complexity, enterprise‑scale hosting architecture. This role is open to individuals at all experience levels, from early career to seasoned professionals who want to work on technical infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code, or the systems that support the nation's leading healthcare systems.
