Job summary

Epic's Hosting team is seeking a candidate to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our enterprise‑scale hosting architecture. The role covers infrastructure engineering, IaC, and systems supporting healthcare customers.

Open to all experience levels, relocation to the Madison area is provided, with reimbursement. Candidates must meet U.S. work eligibility and be able to work rotating shifts; vaccination is preferred as part of our security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.

• Follow policies and procedures and report when they are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.

Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi‑tenant, high‑complexity, enterprise‑scale hosting architecture. This role is open to individuals at all experience levels, from early career to seasoned professionals who want to work on technical infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code, or the systems that support the nation's leading healthcare systems.
