Job summary

Epic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi‑tenant, enterprise‑scale hosting architecture. This role is based in Madison, WI, and relocation assistance is provided to the area.

Open to individuals at all experience levels, from early career to seasoned professionals, the position focuses on technical infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code, and the systems supporting Epic's healthcare platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• COVID‑19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures and report when they are not followed
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting
