Job description

We need an infrastructure engineer to build the platform that makes our agents fast, reliable, and scalable. You'll own the systems that deploy, monitor, and orchestrate hundreds of concurrent agent workflows processing sensitive enterprise data.

Compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $230,000 + equity.

What you'll do:

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP to support high-throughput agent workloads
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and deployment automation
• Implement observability (logging, monitoring, alerting) across distributed agent systems
• Ensure security and compliance standards required by enterprise and government customers
• Optimize system performance, cost, and reliability as we scale

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Are proficient with AWS or GCP, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Have experience operating production systems with strict uptime requirements
• Understand networking, security, and compliance fundamentals (SOC 2, FedRAMP a plus)
• Are comfortable with Python and shell scripting
