Epic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant hosting infrastructure. The role supports enterprise-scale systems and can suit varying experience levels—from early career to seasoned professionals ready to work on Infrastructure as Code and critical hosting platforms.

Responsibilities include adhering to security policies, escalating incidents, and ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS/IS/IT or related field.
• Willing relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
