Job summary

Epic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi‑tenant, enterprise‑scale hosting architecture. This position is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area, with relocation assistance provided.

You will work across security, network, DevOps, cloud, and virtualization as part of Epic's Hosting team, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting for healthcare systems and users nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures and report when they are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
• As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, you'll be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.

Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi‑tenant, high‑complexity, enterprise‑scale hosting architecture. This role is open to individuals at all experience levels, from early career to seasoned professionals who want to work on technical infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code, or the systems that support the nation's leading healthcare systems.
