Job summary

Epic seeks a candidate to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. The role supports infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code, and systems that underpin the nation’s leading healthcare networks.

Position is based in Madison, WI with relocation assistance. Open to all experience levels, from early career to seasoned professionals, and requires eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• COVID‑19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures and report when they are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
• As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
