Job summary

Epic is seeking to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture in Madison, WI. The role welcomes all experience levels and focuses on technical infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code, and the systems supporting healthcare networks.

As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, you will help ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability across Epic Hosting. Relocation assistance is provided; vaccination is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS, IS, IT, or related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures and report when they are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
