Job summary

Transition Global is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on sophisticated transactional work across infrastructure, energy, and renewables sectors.

You will draft and negotiate project agreements, coordinate with cross-border teams, and support joint ventures, acquisitions, and financing transactions. 2–4 years of experience and a state bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant transactional experience at a large law firm.
• Applicable state bar admission.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with cross-border deal experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and negotiate project agreements and financing/transaction documents for infrastructure, energy, and renewables deals.
• Support joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing transactions, including cross-border matters.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with local counsel across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
