Job summary

NIPRO Corporation - Global seeks a Director of Infrastructure to lead strategy, governance, security, modernization, and daily operations of our global technology infrastructure across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. You will oversee networking, data centers, cloud, identity, and end-user infra while driving roadmaps and standards.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise IT infra and 5+ years in leadership, with English and Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information tech, CS, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing infrastructure teams.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations across North America and Latin America.
• Strong budget, vendor, project, and strategic planning experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead enterprise networking, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, internet connectivity, and data center networking.
• Oversee Fortinet security platforms, Windows Server, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Manage identity, SSO, MFA, hybrid identity, server patching, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Partner with Information Security to strengthen infrastructure security and support Zero Trust principles.
• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, licensing, vendor relationships, hardware lifecycle planning, and cloud initiatives.
• Establish infrastructure standards, KPIs, SLOs, procedures, and governance practices.
• Provide executive reporting on infrastructure performance, risks, projects, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure team members and external partners.
