Job summary

Experis, part of ManpowerGroup, seeks an Infrastructure Technical PM in Charlotte with responsibilities spanning servers, storage, cloud, networking, and data center operations. You will drive end-to-end execution and coordinate environment setups and cutovers across multiple sites.

The role requires strong PM skills, experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall, and excellent communication to lead meetings and manage stakeholders. Jira proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in infrastructure delivery, including servers, network, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Prior experience in enterprise environments, preferably with Bank of America APS&E or similar financial institutions.
• Strong project management skills with familiarity in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and negotiate effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and managing technical workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of technology infrastructure projects including servers, storage, cloud, networking, and data center operations.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate infrastructure builds, environment setup, migration activities, and implementation cutovers.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Track project risks, issues, and mitigations, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
