Job summary

Diligente Technologies seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives across Cloud & AIOps, Monitoring & Observability, Disaster Recovery, ITOM/ITSM, and Operations. Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project/program management in enterprise IT.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong experience delivering programs across Cloud, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Observability, AIOps, Disaster Recovery, or IT Resilience.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and CMDB governance expertise.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB adoption.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, CAB, Incident/Problem/Service Management processes.
• Experience with Azure and/or GCP.
• Disaster Recovery planning and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio and program delivery across Cloud & AIOps, Monitoring & Observability, Disaster Recovery, ITOM/ITSM, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, governance frameworks, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Security, ITSM, Infrastructure, Database, Command Center, Procurement, Facilities, and vendors/MSPs.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and corrective actions with structured tracking and reporting.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and business-impact summaries.
• Lead Disaster Recovery planning and execution including BIA, recovery strategies, tabletop exercises, and audits.
• Ensure RTO/RPO objectives are documented, tested, and achieved for critical systems.
• Coordinate cloud migration, AIOps enablement, cloud cost optimization, platform onboarding, and vendor engagements.
