Job summary

AIIB is seeking an Investment Officer to lead origination, structuring, and execution of financial sponsor-backed debt transactions across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of debt financing experience in infrastructure finance or sponsor-backed infra investments.
• Advanced degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field; CFA preferred.

• Contribute to origination, structuring, and execution of green and sustainable infrastructure debt transactions.
• Prepare credit papers and investment memoranda for approval.
• Conduct due diligence across commercial, financial, legal, ESG, and technical workstreams.
