Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a cost/construction focused field (Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics).
• 2+ years of minimum cost management experience.
• Experience in hyper-scale data centers is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes and management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans with benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life-cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency.
• Identify risks and maintain the project’s Risk Register.
• Contribute to pre-contract meetings with cost insights.
• Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance.
• Attend client meetings and document key discussions and actions.
• Assist in developing standardized project templates for documentation.
• Prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports.
• Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals.
