• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans with benchmarking data.
• Participate in design team meetings and assess cost implications.
• Contribute to pre-contract cost-related insights and meetings.
• Attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document actions.
• Prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports.
• Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals.
