Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Drafting, or related field.
• Strong experience in construction cost estimating.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, transportation, rail, transit, tunnel, or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating methodologies and cost analysis.
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs and developing detailed estimates.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong understanding of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
