Job summary

Parametrix is seeking experienced Cost Estimators to join our Advisory Services team. You will have a background in construction cost estimating, focusing on infrastructure and public utilities construction. The role offers a flexible hybrid work environment, providing opportunities for mentorship and client interactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in construction management and knowledge of estimating software. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 USD, with performance bonuses and comprehensive healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction management and/or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience preparing cost estimates during planning and design.
• Knowledge of the CSI MasterFormat and UniFormat classifications.

Responsibilities

• Support in development of conceptual and detailed engineering estimates.
• Conduct quantity and material takeoffs.
• Build the Basis of Cost Estimate from user feedback and engineering teams.
